Delivery
Click & collect delivery at the Passage Doré shop, 6 rue du Château d'Eau 75010 Paris : free
For an order placed before 2pm, click & collect will be available within 72 hours. Our team on site will be happy to welcome you from Monday to Saturday from 11am to 7pm. You will receive an email as soon as your order is arrived and ready to be collected at the store.
Colissimo delivery in relay point : 5,50€.
Standard home delivery with signature: 7,50€.
Daytime delivery in Paris by courier: 10€.
UPS Express : 10€.
In Paris, we offer delivery by courier for the intramural area. The delivery by courier is made the same day of the order’s placement before noon (only on working days). A time slot of 3 hours (between 9:30 am and 6 pm) will be agreed by phone. All the useful information for the delivery in person will have to be provided: Address, entrance code, building number, apartment number, etc.
In France, we offer delivery within 24 hours by DHL Express.
Delivery is available all over the world. Count 2 to 7 working days according to the final destination.
Colissimo delivery in a relay point available in Germany, Netherlands, Belgium: 9,50€.
Home delivery handled by UPS: the price is determined automatically according to the country of destination.
For all orders, taxes and customs fees are not included in the price of the jewelry.
Depending on the country's regulations, customs fees may be charged by the carrier at the time of delivery.
